DCI Resolution Against Elevated Transit

On April 6, 2001, Downtown Cincinnati Inc. [DCI] passed a resolution that supports surface transit only and is against any use of elevated transit systems in downtown Cincinnati, Covington, and Newport. DCI is represented on the oversight committee of the Central Area Loop Study [CALS] by John Schneider and Mike Schuster. [See also our CALS page].

The statement against use of elevated transit is in the last paragraph on Page 2 below.
